A Planning Commission meeting and Public Hearing will be held in person at the South Fulton City Hall on August 24, 2022 at 6pm to address the petition Z22-007 to rezone the property at 2210 Wallace Road from AG-1 (Agriculture) to CUP (Community Unit Plan) for 22 senior duplexes and 10 single family homes. The recommendation will be forwarded to the City of South Fulton Mayor and City Council for a virtual Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6pm and Regular Council meeting on September 22, 2022 at 4pm at the Welcome All Multipurpose Center located at 4255 Will Lee Road, South Fulton, GA 30349.
